Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, including deodorant marks, stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at kevin@shopleftys.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide a prepaid return label for your first return or exchange per order. Additional returns from the same order may require the customer to cover return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items marked Final Sale and items which have been personalized (i.e. via embroidery) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
